1. Agreement: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Description: We provide HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) and LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) training courses in London. Our courses are designed to educate and train individuals to obtain the necessary skills and qualifications for driving such vehicles.
3. Eligibility: To enroll in our training courses, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid UK driving license, and meet any additional requirements set by the relevant authorities.
4. Payment: Payment for our training courses must be made in full before the course commencement, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made through our accepted payment methods, such as bank transfer or credit/debit card.
5. Course Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must notify us in writing within a specified time frame. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the notice period provided. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
6. Course Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a course, you must notify us in writing, providing a reasonable notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Course Completion and Certification: To successfully complete a training course, you must meet all the requirements and pass the necessary assessments. Upon completion, you will be issued a certificate or license as per the applicable regulations.
8. Code of Conduct: You are expected to behave professionally and follow all instructions provided by our trainers. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of your course without a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide accurate and relevant training, but we do not guarantee the outcome of your tests or success in obtaining a driving license. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where mandated by law.
10. Confidentiality: Any information shared with us during the course of your training will be treated with strict confidentiality, except as required by law.
11. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to training materials, remain the property of A2Z HGV Training London. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our training materials without our prior written consent.
12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
